
Ignited 360 – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ignited 360
Ignited 360 (formerly Infinite Melodies Arts and Music, LLC.) is a youth- and young-adult-centered program designed to create a safe, supportive space for children, teens, and young adults. Our programming blends music education and creative expression with life skills, social-emotional learning (SEL), school readiness, college and career preparation, interview skills, and tools for managing stress and anxiety.
By enrolling in Ignited 360, students and parents/guardians agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Terms & Scheduling

Ignited 360 programs and lessons typically run from February through December.

January and July are reserved for curriculum development, staff training, and program planning.

Program dates, schedules, and formats (in-person or virtual) are shared prior to each session.

Families are responsible for knowing the start and end dates of their enrolled program.
2. Communication

All official communication is sent via email and/or text message.

Families are responsible for keeping contact information up to date.

Ignited 360 is not responsible for missed lessons, payments, or announcements due to outdated contact information.
3. Lesson & Program Scheduling

Lesson or session details (day, time, format, and start date) are confirmed prior to participation.

Ignited 360 may adjust schedules, instructors, or formats as needed to support program quality and safety.

Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
4. Attendance & Absences
Individual Absences
-
Please notify Ignited 360 as soon as possible if a student cannot attend a scheduled session.

Absences with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a make-up or credit.

Absences with 24 hours’ notice or more are considered excused.
Make-Up Sessions
-
Up to two make-up opportunities per term may be offered for excused absences, at Ignited 360’s discretion.

Make-ups may be provided through extended sessions, split sessions, or scheduled break periods.

If a make-up option is declined, the session is considered forfeited.
Extended Medical Absences
-
Students absent for more than three consecutive weeks due to medical reasons may be eligible for credit at management discretion.
5. Enrollment & Ongoing Participation

Enrollment with Ignited 360 is ongoing unless written cancellation is submitted.

Invoices are issued prior to each billing cycle or term.
6. Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation notice must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the final scheduled session.

Verbal cancellations are not valid unless confirmed in writing.

Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Medical exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Ignited 360 reserves the right to terminate enrollment immediately for behavior that compromises safety, respect, or the learning environment.
7. Payments & Billing

Payments are accepted via secure online platforms (credit/debit card, PayPal, or electronic check).

Cash payments are not accepted.

Monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual payment plans may be offered.

Family discounts may apply when multiple programs or lessons are enrolled under one household.
8. Late Payments & Account Status
-
Late fees may apply to overdue balances.

Ignited 360 reserves the right to pause or suspend services for unpaid accounts.

Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program and referral to collections.
9. Photography & Media Use
-
Ignited 360 may use photographs or video recordings of students for educational or promotional purposes.
-
Parents/guardians must notify Ignited 360 in writing if they do not consent to media use.
10. Program Updates & Policy Changes
-
Ignited 360 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be posted on this website.
